Challenge:
Stephanie’s website copy needed a refresh during her rebrand. Her goal is to book a full schedule of intimate weddings & elopements in scenic destinations throughout the West and Southwest.
Tone:
Free-spirited, luxurious, dramatic, edgy, unconventional
Solution & Strategy:
I collaborated with brand designer Karima Creative to showcase the superior client experience Stephanie provides for couples. I weaved personable, relatable copy throughout the site that tells her story and helps couples see her as the wedding photographer they need.
The headline Epic Wedding Moments for Adventurous Couples speaks to Stephanie’s target market, and the Book Now button above the fold gives readers an opportunity to act right away. Body copy is edgy and unconventional, matching her desired tone.
Jamie Richelle Designs
Client:
Jamie Richelle Designs is a brand and web designer for service-based small business owners and solopreneurs.
Challenge:
Jamie’s homepage needed a rewrite so that it contained deeper benefits to her target audience. The main thing Jamie wants visitors to do is to book her services, so her audience needs to know how she’ll help them increase their 1) impact and 2) profits.
Tone:
Down-to-earth, straightforward, friendly
Solution & Strategy:
The homepage is the most commonly visited page on Jamie’s site, so I crafted a headline and subhead that conveyed what she offered her target audience.
I more easily digestible and created more vibrant calls-to-action aligned with her offerings (Build Your Website and Brand Your Business).
Finally, I proposed a more streamlined site navigation menu.
